Day 8 – 3/13/22 – Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka’anapali – beach day!

We decided to go and discover more of Maui with the rental car. So we found front street and the awesome adorable shops!

Nick wanted to stop at this guys yard sale to grab some beach chairs for today!

We also stopped at some public beaches and they were nice but not as nice as the resort area.

Back at the resort we headed towards the lifeguard station. We were told by a few people that the snorkeling near black rock lifeguard station is some of the best on Maui.

I went snorkeling and it was pretty good! First thing I saw was a needlefish. I also saw butterfly fish and yellow tank and what I thought might be angel fish.

We had a big breakfast that kept us pretty full so we decided on just grabbing a slice of pizza for a quiet evening in the room.
