I don’t know if it was divine intervention or the kinship of all living things….
Jack is in Savannah! And we FaceTimed Grandma!
This morning we got up ready to work out at the primo facilities here at the Westin. Some bird left his breakfast on the dock for us.
Upon entering the small work out facility we both noticed the recumbent bikes. The monitor had our beloved France as the scenery. Afterwards we enjoyed the steam sauna and lunch in the clubhouse near the golf course.

Then we headed back to the boat. We planned on cleaning but decided to read instead. Finished Gone Girl. It was a relaxing afternoon just sitting on the boat! And watching big pieces of wood go by the boat.
Soon enough Jack called. Once he arrived and toured the boat we enjoyed catching up. Happy hour was waiting for us in town so we climbed in his car and headed over to find a spot.
The cobblestone streets reminded me of Pompeii. So hard to walk on!

Then we found oysters!

Thanks Alec Bradlow for the recommendation! We saw a Chop House and headed there for a spectacular dinner!

We had so much fun learning about Jacks life! After dinner we walked and walked and walked to find the car. Down the historic staircase,
through the big neat Hyatt,
waiting for the magic elevator,

and around the corner…
And we found the car!
Then over the bridge.
And on the back of the boat.

Great day! Looking forward to tomorrow!
