11/16/22 – Innsbruck, Austria

We started the day with a drizzle of rain and a rather cold stiffness in the air. Seemed like the perfect day for a museum. We learned all about Maximilian I. He became King in 1486 and in 1508 Holy Roman Emperor. He lived when the letterpress printing was invented.

Even though I could’ve spent every moment learning about the royals of Austria – we had to get lunch. We found a very small place near the museum.

After the most delicious strudel we went back to the museum!!!

The Christmas markets had amazing decorations set up. These giant people were everywhere you looked. Many were standing on the ground but some were hanging like these. They all were characters from children’s stories. I think this is Rapunzel.

Best door yet!

Teri is a retired CFO and Nick is a partner in a private equity firm. We are both very irrelevant in the business worlds. We jumped up to a 52 foot boat because we were in need of more adventure. We are on the Great Loop around the East Coast of North America. It's been a wild ride!
