9/23/22 – 9/26/22 – Birmingham, Michigan

We are on our way to Michigan for the start of a long vacation!!! But first we will start in the Tampa Airport Delta lounge.

Once we got to Michigan we checked in at our hotel. This is the first time we’ve stayed at The Townsend in downtown Birmingham. After we relaxed we regrouped and got geared up to tee off at Oakland Hills North!

A little rainy but a nice day!

Next up was David Doyle’s 70th birthday party! Really get time at Talulas Wine Bar in Birmingham. We could walk from our hotel!

This is our hotel room where Nick fell after a night of having fun at DDs party. We had to cancel golf as his ankle got larger and larger!

So I ran into David Doyle’s son when I got pizza for dinner! She’s Brazilian so it’s like we are related.

The next morning we are headed to Milan, Italy. Thank you Delta for the direct flight.

Meanwhile back in Tampa – I had three friends call and text about getting our outside put inside. I kept saying no – too much to think about. But then they all rallied and did it for me! We had 4 different neighbors helping and some of their kids!!!
