7/21/22 – Traverse City, Michigan

We landed in Detroit and got a rental car. We drove direct to Oakland Hills CC and this would be our first visit since the fire. We just wanted to get our clubs and head to Traverse City. It was emotional!!!

Once we got to the house we met the neighbors!
Nick tested the water of Long Lake.
The golf clubs are ready!
Linda & Fadi made it in via Cherry Airport!
We picked up booze and wine in Bloomfield. Nick didn’t look at the price but then at dinner Fadi said “Is this wine really $300?” Oops. Nick bought some very expensive wine!
Fabulous first night in Traverse City on Long Lake.

Teri is a retired CFO and Nick is a partner in a private equity firm. We are both very irrelevant in the business worlds. We jumped up to a 52 foot boat because we were in need of more adventure. We are on the Great Loop around the East Coast of North America. It's been a wild ride!
