Day 3 – 3/8/22 – Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka’anapali

The day started with a quick breakfast at Starbucks! Nice to have good coffee!!!

Nick was on the phone with Enterprise trying to rent a car. He was successful and so we were able to walk over to the car rental place next to the Sheraton. It was a 11 minute walk. Nick tried to get them to deliver the car but they respectfully declined.

We found the Royal Golf course.
Almost to the rental car!!!
A nice greeting!!!

Across from the Enterprise Rental car office were these gorgeous murals. I fell like they should be in a museum! They were amazing works and reminded me of Diego Rivera!

After a nice day at the pool chatting with our seat mate from Ontario and doing a couples message! We cleaned up and headed to whale watching off the beach, then the sunset and then finally dinner.

Nick found a seat suitable for viewing the whales and the sunset. That strange structure behind him is where we had the message the walls are made of a bunch of strands of yarn.

Hula Grill was in a outdoor mall right next to the resort. It had live music and Nick tried his first crab wonton!

Another great day and we got the car!

Teri is a retired CFO and Nick is a partner in a private equity firm. We are both very irrelevant in the business worlds. We jumped up to a 52 foot boat because we were in need of more adventure. We are on the Great Loop around the East Coast of North America. It's been a wild ride!
