We came back just for Mom! We wanted to surprise her and we accomplished that!!! Nick was on an early morning flight from Detroit to Chicago Midway and I picked him up at the airport.
We had a great time just relaxing and telling Mom stories about our epic boat trip. She enjoyed talking about how Dad would have loved this trip! Dad had a love of boats and the water! Mom and I were loving the Halloween decorations. She suggested a photo with the silly decorative masks I got her. So I set the phone on timer and we attempted a selfie.
Afterwards we found a wonderful and authentic Greek restaurant in Palos.
It was terrific food! Thanks Don and Mindy!
