Day 166 @ Chicago Yacht Club, Chicago, Illinois – The Great Loop Boat Trip

9/11/19

My life is always in motion. It just never stops or slows. And today is no different! We started our day with some strong coffee at Starbucks.

Then we headed over to the gift shop at the Art Institute.

We relaxed on the boat and prepared for another visit with my brother John! We met him at the Sox game! I’m so lucky that Nick wore the T-shirt I bought him. He’s really a Detroit Tigers fan and he loves the Tampa Rays. But for one day he was a Southsider!

We got into the Huntington Bank Club Level thanks to John. And we had terrific seats!

When the mascot came out there was much discussion about what kind of animal he is and what’s his heritage. I think I know where his cousin hangs out…

After the 7th inning stretch we headed to our real seats. What amazing seats! Such a great view and awesome angle!

It was a great game! We saw 2 home runs and a double!

We totally enjoyed the game!

Very mature! Thanks so much for the tickets John! Love spending time with you!

Quote of the day: Everybody remember where we parked.

Teri is a retired CFO and Nick is a partner in a private equity firm. We are both very irrelevant in the business worlds. We jumped up to a 52 foot boat because we were in need of more adventure. We are on the Great Loop around the East Coast of North America. It's been a wild ride!
