Day 104 – Confederation Basin Marina

Ok

Captain Nick does not blog that often! However today, was such a great day – – when we originally started out, we thought we could do maybe 50 or 60 miles and make it to Brockville. Weather was dicey and we thought we had about a four hour window. As the day wore on, and the weather became less and less of a factor we decided to make it to Kingston Ontario, 142 mile run from Valley field.

The run turned out to be perfect! We ended up meeting up with other loopers that we had seen on this journey. Captain Nick could not be happier with the way the day turned out. We are looking forward to hosting friends in a few days which has made this trip extra special.

Having gone 3000 miles so far, the rest of the trip to return to Florida seems like a cake walk! Captain Nick will only blog when he feels the trip was World class.

Teri is a retired CFO and Nick is a partner in a private equity firm. We are both very irrelevant in the business worlds. We jumped up to a 52 foot boat because we were in need of more adventure. We are on the Great Loop around the East Coast of North America. It's been a wild ride!
