Good Morning Montréal!
We started the day with a good breakfast and set out to see some sites!

Nick wanted a smoothie so Raquel and I wandered into a fur store. But it turned out to be a beautiful art gallery with gorgeous sculptures! Raquel and Terry bought two in anticipation of their new home once renovations are completed.

While they were doing this Nick walked to Bank of Montreal to cash his Canadian Pension check. We followed him there after we were done. And ended up in front of Notre Dame!

The lines were long so we opted to find Tommy’s Cafe – a Spot Nick and I discovered last year! We passed this guy en route.
We really enjoyed the architecture!

We also found this newly dedicated plaque.
The whole City is like it’s own museum. We grabbed some coffee and beer and moved on to lunch.

Charles Dickens hung out here!
Terry had spotted the Chateau Ramsey Museum so we headed that way. Nick got a call from the Carver Electrician so he went back to the boat. But I’m so glad I went! This short museum had so much to offer!

The story behind the chateau was really interesting it the World War 1 pressed flowers exhibit.

Then as I’m innocently discovering the basement – Terry jumps out at me and scares me half to death!

And a good time was had by Terry! On our walk back to the boat we enjoyed the alleys and architecture all around! So much to see!

When we arrived we decided to pop open the Dom that Terry and Raquel brought all the way from Florida!

Then it was on to our cooking class. It was right next to the community theater!

I had a hard time understanding the chef/teacher. He spoke mostly if rapid French! Very little English except when he was yelling at me or ordering me about!

Raquel was on the French fry machine!

There was so much to do and not much confusion– impressive!

Too French!
So fun! Then we ate! Steak Tartare and poke bowl with seared salmon and raw tuna.

We ended up chatting it up with Gee and Daniel. They took us to a speakeasy! Had to go behind garbage cans and use a service elevator!

Could not get a good group photo inside.

Daniel has a place in Tarpon Springs – so we might see him again! Very fun night!!!
