Day fifty five @ Shallowbag Bay Marina, Nags Head, NC

I’m thinking God said, “The great state of North Carolina needs beautiful scenery, gorgeous seas, perfect landscape and a really difficult golf course, so here is Nags Head Golf Links!” It was a perfect day for golf!

Here is the clubhouse.

Nick got a birdie on the first hole!

Here’s one of Nicks better shots. It was only a 70% effort.

We must have seen 30 turtles today! The nature and wildlife was amazing!

Nick got this shot after like 4 turtles got camera shy and dove in the pond.

And then I got a birdie! Happens the moment Amber called!

The homes were beautiful!

So then I went in the locker room and the cleaning woman stopped me to tell me that the public restrooms were around the corner. Lol. Not like she is protecting a fancy locker room.

Yep – that’s it!

But anyway – we had a fabulous day! Lost a ton of golf balls, but still had a great day!

Got back in time for a beautiful and peaceful sunset!

Tomorrow we leave for Norfolk, VA and we get to see our fabulous friends Frank and Martha!!!! Can’t wait! They are so fun!

Teri is a retired CFO and Nick is a partner in a private equity firm. We are both very irrelevant in the business worlds. We jumped up to a 52 foot boat because we were in need of more adventure. We are on the Great Loop around the East Coast of North America. It's been a wild ride!
