Happy Birthday to Michelle!
We woke up early and it was a great day for a cruise. Our new friends Desperado, Honey Badger and Floating Debt all took off earlier and were gone when we woke up. Their boats are Trawlers and have a top speed of about 8 miles per hour. Here’s a pic of Honey Badger and Floting Debt as we passed them.

Super fun and interesting people! Hope we meet up with them again!
It was pretty slow goin all the way with only a few rough areas that were shallow. The whole area was so untouched and reminded me of the book I just read “Where the Crawfish Sing”.

This area is also well known for saving the sea turtles. Something that Jensen Beach FL has in common with them! As I used to live near Jensen Beach I am aware of the methods and requirements they use to protect this diminishing species.

This area of the Carolinas is also self proclaimed Seafood Capital of the world with Becks and Calabash leading that charge. They are both nearby as we passed them. We may have to backtrack and visit them!

Pretty outdoorsy for 2:00 on a Monday!

Did some house shopping again.

It was so nice to get some pictures of our boat. Honey Badger and Floating Debt texted me these.

Finally got to our spot and quickly got the electric scooters out because it was obvious a big place. We hit the pool but it was not our scene so we tried happy hour at the Marina Grille.

Dinner was on the boat!
The steak was from Hilton Head Grocery store and the shrimp from Georgetown Fish Market! Surf n Turf!
Quote of the day: I don’t know, look in the freezer. (The answer when Nick asked me where the nail clippers were.)
