This place is truly amazing. They have a private lock 150 yards from the ICW that brings you into a neighborhood of ~400 homes that have canals.
Large boats – up to 70 feet can be accommodated and can sit behind a homeowner’s house! The golf course, club house, tennis courts, b-ball court, swimming pool etc etc are all enclosed in this gated community.
The Commodore welcome Jeff and I by inviting us to 5pm doctails on Tuesday do we could meet the people of this community!
If you are a boater/golfer/party person – – this place has you name written all over it!!!
B-t-w, if you think it would be too cold in the winter – – a boat with range could easily be in the Bahamas in a few days on the way to the BVI’s 😎
