Day ten @ Chub Cay, Berry Islands, The Bahamas

Today we said so long to Bimini. It was truly fab and we will be back someday. There was definitely some remnants of hurricanes here at Bimini.

Heading to the Barry Islands of The Bahamas. It was a 4 hour boat ride and about 85 nm. We were surprised to see several boats doing the same track.

Getting close!

This is cement ship shipwreck we passed. Probably a great snorkeling spot!

When we arrived we fueled up right away. Everything is new here! Nick used the Yacht Controller and did a terrific job! For a guy that never played video games he is getting the hang of it quickly! After docking we all scrambled to know what to do because of a big rain cloud threatening our day. So Nick and I just relaxed in the cockpit and read our books.

Some photos of Chub Cay Resort!

Then Tom rallied most of us for a group photo. Barbi, I see your yeti cup in the background!!!

Then there was Martha and Steve. They came late so we have to photoshop them in the pic.

And after we found the pool bar!

Kathy has Farrah hair! And Martha likes her hair dirty. Lol

Then we ended the evening with burgers on the boat (I made them) – true story! And Nick figured out how to get the NCAA Basketball on by texting with Dish and yelling profanities at the Samsung.

Boat Issue: Yacht Controller getting easier for Nick!

Teri is a retired CFO and Nick is a partner in a private equity firm. We are both very irrelevant in the business worlds. We jumped up to a 52 foot boat because we were in need of more adventure. We are on the Great Loop around the East Coast of North America. It's been a wild ride!
